I am working as System Administrator in UET Peshawar. In Pakistan its strange that people spend thousands of Rupees on their studies but yet at the end of the day they don’t give much attention to the piece of paper that eventually matters i.e. the CV. We think having studied from a leading institution like LUMS, IBA , NUST, GIKI etc you are bound to get your CV shorlisted because the institutions themselves are a symbol of success. However the session made me realize that in the global context it's only part of the canvas and there are certain other things that are also equally important.
